Refund and Return Policy

Our returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exceptions to Returns

Several types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines are not eligible for return. We also do not accept personal or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund will be granted:

  • Books with clear signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts that are not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.

Then contact your bank. There's often some processing time before a refund is credited.

Discounted items

Only regular-price items are refundable. Discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift certificate for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, we'll send you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to the giver and they'll be notified of your return.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you're returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
