The beginning of LA Nutrition

LA Nutrition was founded in 2023 by Amin (me), my brother Lotfi, and my wife Roxane. While my brother and I always shared a passion for nutrition, health, and exercise, Roxane brought her love of beauty and personal care. That combination created something unique: a brand that's not just about what you put in your body, but also about how you feel and look.

The idea arose from our shared belief that true health comes from both the inside and out. We saw many people around us seeking better balance, more energy, a healthier body, and self-confidence that radiates from within. From that perspective, LA Nutrition was born: with a mission to offer healthy, effective products that contribute to a fitter, stronger, and more beautiful life.

What started as an idea at the kitchen table quickly grew into something much bigger than we ever imagined. More and more people discovered our products and enthusiastically began sharing their experiences. Demand increased week by week, giving us the confidence to approach LA Nutrition more professionally. We developed our own website, improved our production, and expanded our product range.

We went from a few orders a month to dozens a week, and before we knew it, we were running a serious operation. We invested everything we had, both financially and mentally, with one goal: to grow, improve, and build something that lasts.

Struggles

Sure, that sounds like a success story, but behind the scenes, it was incredibly hard work. Growth brings not only opportunities but also challenges. Think of personnel, logistics, packaging, customer service, and marketing. Everything had to be professionalized in a short time.

There were also personal challenges. Balancing work, family, and health wasn't always easy. 16-hour days were the rule rather than the exception, and sometimes you wonder what you're doing it all for. But every setback also brought something valuable: experience, resilience, and above all, gratitude.

We've learned that entrepreneurship isn't just about profit or growth, but about persevering, believing in your vision, and continuing to improve step by step, day after day.
